颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是指由于颈椎增生刺激或压迫颈神经根、颈部脊髓、椎动脉或交感神经而引起的综合征。它的临床表现有颈部僵硬、肢体麻木、头晕恶心、耳鸣耳聋、视物不清、心慌胸闷等。按摩可以解除患部肌肉和血管的痉挛，改善血液循环，增强局部血液供应，促进病变组织的修复，同时有利于消除肿胀、缓解对神经根或其他组织的压迫，从而减轻或消除临床症状。本病配合了拔罐疗法，治疗效果更佳。
